    Has anyone else out there tried the smart coach tool on the Runner's World site?
    I am not as good as my allies think nor as bad as my enemies think. I am just a man trying to do his best.

    I am doing a Smart Coach program right now, and it is great.  It is free, custom, and keeps my running organized so that I am well-trained for my next race.  There is a lot of science behind Smart Coach, and you just have to tailor it to what you want.  Enjoy!
