Indy Runners : Forum

Hi,

I'm a 24 years old female, college student and am looking for someone to run with me - at least to train me and show me the ropes? I used to be a country cross runner back in high school and would like to get back into running and doing races. I am considering about doing dino trail run race on Aug 8th- so would like to start soon. Anyone interested?

I saw your posting and wanted to reply.  I am also interested in getting back into running and doing some races.  I am a 25 year old female and college student as well and also ran cross country and track in high school.  I live on the north side of Indy..Fishers area but am able to drive a small distance to run with somebody.  So let me know if you are interested.

Greetings from Subic Marathon!

 

In 20 January 2008, we will mount the biggest-prized marathon event in the country.  The dream is simple: put the Philippines in the international marathon map.  We think it’s time. 

Starting August of 2007 to January of 2008, marketing efforts will solely be delegated to reach out to thousands of runners all over the country and in Asia. 

As organizers, we are well aware of the scale of the project.  We cannot do this alone and we will need the support of different running groups and marathon enthusiasts. It is our hope that we can unite our strengths to make SUBIC MARATHON happen so that we may leave a legacy to the future marathon champions of the Philippines.

Hey. I realize you posted this a REALLY LONG time ago, and you may not even check back @ this, but I'm a 22-year old female. I just graduated from college last May. I recently moved to the area, and I was looking to meet some new people. I was a competitive runner all through high school and college. I've gotten off track lately, and I'm trying to get back in shape. I would love some running buddies, so if you (or anyone) is interested, let me know!

Hey, I'm just getting back into running...I've run the mini a couple times before and I'm going to run it in '08 so I'm just starting a program again.  I'm in need of a partner for some motivation.  Let me know if you're interested.
