Indy Runners : Forum

Some of you may have heard about this, but there is a movie coming out that will be shown in select area theaters for one night only: Thursday, January 24th, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. The movie is called Spirit of the Marathon.  This documentary follows 6 runners as they prepare for and compete in the Chicago Marathon.

Just so everybody knows, Indy Runners is talking about organizing a get-together around this (including seeing the movie as a group).  Watch the Indy Runners website and IR Splits email for coming information.  So far, a 7:30 pm showing on Jan. 24, 2008 has been announced for the Village Park Cinema 17 in Carmel.  However, other area locations are also supposed to show the movie that evening, although I'm not sure the start time has been set for the other locations.  See http://www.fathomevents.com/upcoming/locations.aspx?eventid=693&zip=46268&eventdate=1/24/2008 for locations as of right now.
