    Every runner in the Indy area should be doing a trail run on March 8... give it a try if you never have!

    Just thought I would help spread the information about a slight change in the Vasque DINO Trail Run Eagle Creek this Saturday.

    We have decided to change the start/finish and registration area of the Eagle Creek Park race due to the current and forecast weather conditions.
    The race site within Eagle Creek Park will be the Mt Pleasant Picnic Area (instead of the Beach).
     
    A new course has been designed that should provide a better race experience as well as a warmer shelter and location for pre- and post-race activities.

    I was wondering about this race - what do you think the trail conditions will be like?  Snow/ice or mud?

    Sunday morning the trail was still slippery in places, but I understand that it was muddy later in the day after it warmed up.  Given the rain/snow/ice we had yesterday, I'd expect a snow/ice/mud mix as very little sun reaches most of the trails.
