    2008 Sam Costa

I would like to run the 2008 Sam Costa Half-Marathon on 03/29/2008.  Does anyone know how to register or if this event is on for 2008?  All links and information that I have found online point to the 2007 event.  Thanks!  Email is sloarunner99@gmail.com

Race information and the registration form for the 2008 Sam Costa should be coming soon.  When available, the information will apear on the front page of the Indy Runners web site.

Brian - Any word on the 2008 Sam Costa?  I am a bit paranoid as I have been training for about 10 weeks now and want to make certain this half marathon will still go.

    Thanks again.

    Re: 2008 Sam Costa

It doesn't matter too much, but the times for the 3 - 8 finishers in the Costa 1/4 marathon are all a minute fast.  I was third and couldn't even see the 2nd place guy so I'm pretty sure it wasn't a photo finish between us.  ha.  I'm guessing the times would be...

    1 - 39:03
    2 - 40:12
    3 - 41:12
    4 - 41:17
    5 - 41:22
    6 - 41:28
    7 - 41:39
    8 - 41:46

I was a little surpised that the race was hand-timed.  Is this the way it has always been?  Chip timing is always nice, but it was a great race regardless.

    Best Regards,
