Indy Runners provides different ways in which to train with the club:
- Indy Runners Mini-Marathon Training Program - This program, begun in 1984, is the club's signature training program. It is geared toward runners and walkers preparing for the 500 Festival Mini Marathon. However, it can be used to train for any spring marathon.
- Indy Runners Marathon Training Program - This program, begun in 2006, is an informal marathon training program for those runners who wish to run a fall marathon. The program is FREE to club members.
- Weekly Club Runs - Although not part of any training program, the club provides various opportunities to run with other club members.
