Indy Runners provides different ways in which to train with the club:

  • Winter/Spring Indy Runners Mini Training Program - This formal program, begun in 1984, is the club's signature training program. It runs from mid January through April and is geared toward runners and walkers preparing for the 500 Festival Mini Marathon. However, it can be used to train for any spring half marathon.
  • Summer/Fall Indy Runners Race Training Program - This program, begun in 2006, is an informal marathon and half marathon training program for those runners who wish to run a fall marathon or half marathon. The program is FREE to club members.
  • Pace Chart - This is a table showing the total time run for different paces at various distances.
  • Places to Run - Here are some of the more popular places to run in Indianapolis.
